NOTES FOR INDIA VISAS:

| In addition to entry visas, special permits may be required to visit certain areas of the country. Areas such as North Eastern Frontier States of Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Assam, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, border areas of Jammu & Kashmir, certain areas of Uttar Predesh and Rajastan, Union Territories of Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep are out of bound for foreign nationals. If you plan to visit any of these areas, apply for a permit well in advance, at least four weeks in advance. |

| The requirements, forms and formatting of this application are very, very stringent. The India Embassy reviews each application carefully and will reject any application that does not meet their exacting standards. Please make sure that your passport is signed and that the signature on the India application is exactly as it appears on the passport. | Allied passport does not process OCI and other such long term India visas. If you qualify for OCI ,or other similar visas, please contact the India Embassy directly. |

BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS FOR INDIA VISAS:
- One completed India visa application. This application must be completed on-line, printed and then signed. (click for India visa application) Should you have any difficulties please contact us directly at 202-577-5684.
- Two passport type photos (if you wear eyeglasses please remove for photo)
- One copy of proof of residence (driver's permit)
- One copy of your birth certificate if less than 18 years of age
- Your actual passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity beyond the completion of this trip and one blank visa page
- If you don't have a U.S. passport please include a copy of your green card or U.S. visa and I-94
- If you are naturalized citizen please include a copy of your naturalization certificate
- One copy of flight itinerary
- Company business letter - Generate one now and print on your company letterhead.
- One invitation from host in India (may be a faxed or email attachment)
