- One invitation from DRC host
- One copy of proof of vaccination for yellow fever
- Your actual passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity beyond the completion of this trip and one blank visa page
- If you don't have a U.S. passport please include a copy of your green card or U.S. visa and I-94
- One copy of flight itinerary
- Company business letter - Generate one now and print on your company letterhead (Please print 2 copies)
