- If you don't have a U.S. passport please include a copy of your green card or U.S. visa and I-94
- One copy of flight itinerary
- Company business letter - Generate one now and print on your company letterhead. Please indicate a guarantee of 3 months
- One copy of proof of vacinnation for yellow fever
- One authorization from Cameroon authority
- One copy of flight itinerary
